Postnatal | Mum & Baby Yoga
Postnatal yoga with your baby is the best way to heal and strengthen your body-mind after the birth and to be nurtured and supported in a safe and warm circle of women.
My classes are informal, friendly and fun: there is no planned schedule, every session is different to suit the need of the women in the moment - and the babies really make their own rules! So expect babies feeding, crying, sleeping, being changed or cuddled...whilst we work with gentle yoga movements, breathing practices and relaxation techniques to help you calming and soothing your mind, restoring your vitality and stabilising your body after pregnancy and birth. And lots of integrated practices with the babies, singing and massage!
This class is suitable from 7-8 weeks after birth and up until your baby is on the move.
If your baby starts to crawl/move within a block of classes you can move to the Parent and Baby class at any time
*No previous experience of yoga is needed*
