This retreat is just for you ♡ Whether you need a few hours to just be still and be held, or to move and breathe in a mindful and supportive way; or a special treat to celebrate your birthday...this is the perfect gift to yourself (or you can ask others to gift it to you!) - You might be at an important threshold in your life and don't know how to acknowledge it or celebrate it; - Or you might simply be feeling the need to receive some guidance as your shift through the seasons of the year. - Perhaps you wish to bring more presence and meaning to your everyday life. - Maybe you are looking for a ritual to celebrate the power and wonders of your menstrual cycle; - Or you might be on your fertility journey and needing some holding and guidance; - Maybe you need support and holding as you navigate your perimenopausal years; - Or you might wish to mark/celebrate your menopause. - You might be experiencing grief, loss, health issues or recovery of some sort and needing a gentle and safe presence to hold you. - Perhaps you do a lot of daily holding for others and simply need some time for yourself. Whatever your needs, I am here to hold sacred space you, creating a bespoke retreat that is safe, nurturing, supportive and healing. I have been supporting women through simple and grounded body-mind practices and rituals for over a decade now and I aim to create the best experience for you, in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a cosy room (where we can easily fit two yoga mats or a double mattress/futon) some comfy clothes and your open heart. We might share some gentle yoga and restful yoga nidra, sound and breathing practices, self-massage and other simple self-care practices. Draw some cards and allow time for your stories to unfold. Maybe you choose to have an Ayurvedic massage or abdominal therapy massage as your retreat highlight or a more ceremonial practice like Closing the Bones…. Whatever you choose - there’ll be an initial/call to connect and get a sense of what you need, and then I will create one or two options for you to review and choose from. After that you will choose a time and date to book your retreat and will pay the £39 non-refundable deposit using this link to secure my service. I will then invoice you with the remaining fee that must be paid either before or on the day of your retreat. And will send you more info for your special day ♡ NB. Full price of retreat varies from £175-189 (3h) to £233-252 (4h) -
