This beautiful yoga approach is made of feminine and nourishing movement practices, breathing, sound, meditation and relaxation that honour and celebrate the beauty and biomechanics of the female body and her needs. Each session is specifically tailored to YOUR mind-body needs, whatever life cycle you are in. This gentle and empowering therapeutic yoga can support you: ~ to promote healthy menstruation; ~ to relieve PMS, (pre)menstrual pain and other menstrual difficulties; ~ if you are experiencing fertility issues; ~ for pre-conception care; ~ during pregnancy and birth; ~ for postnatal recovery; ~ after miscarriage; ~ during your perimenopausal and menopausal years. No prior experience of yoga or meditation is needed and a comprehensive health questionnaire will be sent to you before your first treatment, so that I am aware of you overall health before we begin our journey together.
