Bristol Birth and Postpartum Sisters Winter Circle

This circle is a heartfelt invitation to all the beautiful doulas, birth workers, carers of newborn mothers and families in Bristol to come together to celebrate the winter season and her gifts. 

My intention is that you will feel nourished, inspired and renewed by our time together. And ready to winter in whatever way feels more appropriate for you during the winter months.

Together we continue our journey along the wheel of the year, and we will meet again in spring and summer. 

Winter is the season of pause and rest, of stillness and dreaming and I invite all these qualities in our circle. It is a time to draw inward and nest into our home-body and our physical home, so that we can rest, restore and regenerate for the new cycle. 

During our time together I will guide you first through a meditation/relaxation to connect to your beautiful hearts, hold you whilst you share your stories and a we will close with a simple ritual that will send us home imbued by the energy and magic of our circle and sisterhood.
