Bristol Doulas Autumn Circle

This circle is a heartfelt invitation to all the beautiful doulas in Bristol to come together to celebrate the autumn season and her gifts. 

My intention is that you will feel nourished, inspired and renewed by our time together. And ready to slow down and ground yourself through the autumn months.

Together we begin a journey along the wheel of the year, and we will meet again in winter, spring and summer. 

Autumn is the season of many changes, a season for releasing and letting go, composting and harvesting, for slowing down and be reflective. Autumn is warm and soft and invite these qualities in our circle. 

During our time together I will guide you first through a meditation/relaxation to connect to your beautiful hearts, hold you whilst you share your stories and a we will close with a simple ritual that will send us home imbued by the energy and magic of our circle and sisterhood.
