Earth Moon Circles: Autumn Equinox

Each of these circles is an invitation to pause, observe and feel the magical resonance between the Earth seasons and our inner seasons as women, guided by the magic and wisdom of the Moon. 

We gather on or nearest to the new moon so that we can harness her energy of new beginnings to set intentions for the next cycle/season. We share our stories, dreams, intentions in a safe and held space, where everyone is welcome exactly as they are. A yoga nidra/guided meditation opens up the circle with a specific intention and then the rest unfolds each time in a different way. 

Some gentle yoga is weaved in with poetry, ritual and other inspiring elements. But the sharing circle is the real focus of it all. And each time we all leave so nourished and enriched by the magic we shared.
