Inspired by the Moon Circle

Welcome to our precious Moonday circle. A six-week series.

This is a nourishing and inspiring circle of women gathering to honour and celebrate our connection to the Moon, the way our inner cycles and our psyche mirror the moon cycle and her ebbs and flows. We practice svadhyaya, or self-inquiry, inspired by the moon. 

It is a beautiful process of getting to know and unravel our constant changeable nature in our daily lives as the moon waxes and wanes. Each week we gather under a different moon energy, we meditate, journal, share in circle, move our bodies and breathe  in tune with the moon phases. And we always close with a moon inspired yoga nidra. 

Recordings are available if you miss any paid session, however the sharing circle will not be recorded.
