Mum and Baby Yoga Support Circle

Welcome to an informal, nurturing and fun yoga circle for all mothers and babies, from 7-8 weeks and up to 6-7 months postpartum. Each session is totally “in the moment", responding to the needs of the mothers and of the babies too! The aim is to support pelvic realignment, core strength and emotional wellbeing for you mama through simple and gentle yet powerful yoga, breath work, mantra and relaxation/meditation. And to share lots of interactive and fun stretches, movements and songs with your baby/babies. We start or close with a sharing circle, so that everyone feels held within this lovely community. These circles have created many long-lasting friendships over the years.

No previous experience of yoga is needed.
