About the Event
Welcome to an informal, nurturing and fun yoga circle for mothers and baby movers for up to 2 years postpartum. These sessions are mainly focused on nurturing you mama and to offer you new ways of how to do yoga and other mindful practices with your growing baby/toddler.
We work on strengthening your body and mind with very gentle and simple practices that you can take home with you and we always share a nourishing and restorative relaxation to soothe your heart. Included each time is also a little sharing circle, so that everyone feels held within this lovely community.
No previous experience of yoga is needed.
