About the Event
Welcome to a deeply nourishing and supportive circle of mothers-to-be. Each session is totally unique and responds to the needs of the women and will always include a yoga nidra/relaxation practice, breath work, mantra, fluid feminine movement practices, and a sharing circle. The sharing help you to know each other and create a sense of community, whilst also allowing you to go deeper within yourself and into your pregnancy journey, exploring emotions, changes, expectations, fears and so on. Ayurvedic and other seasonal support and tips for labour and birth are also offered. These circles have created many long-lasting friendships over the years.
No previous experience of yoga is needed.
Pre-booking essential, as spaces are limited.
