Join us, Marinella Benelli and Rachel Fleming, for this precious Spring offering to mark International Women’s Day.

Between us we have almost 30 years of engagement with deeply sacred women’s work.

Our personal experiences and practices have in turn woven this work deeply into the fabric of our own lives and it is such and honour to gift this to you.

Our intention is that you are lovingly held within this sacred ceremony online and find the space to RELEASE and then RECEIVE.

Your women’s day basket of offerings will include Yoga Nidra, a nourishing movement sequence, gentle ritual, stories to soothe your soul and an opportunity for sharing your own story. 

We hope that this will give you a deep and meaningful experience of what movement, rest, community and the language of the soul can do for your wellbeing as a woman.

It is our absolute passion and we do hope you accept our invitation and return to your true essence as the light returns.
