The Rhythm of Winter Women's Circle

This circle is a heartfelt invitation to all women to come together and experience an evening of deep connection with the energy of Winter. Our intention is that you will feel nourished, inspired and renewed by our time together. And ready to embrace the stillness of this season and find ways to bring more rest into your life over the rest of the winter months.

After our beautiful Spring, Summer and Winter gatherings, we continue our journey along the wheel of the year to embody the still and dreamy energy of winter through yoga and to receive its soothing vibrations with a blissful sound bath. Expect a grounding yoga nidra to open our sacred space, followed by a restorative and dreamy movement practice under the guidance of Marinella; and then cosy up into your comfortable nest to enjoy the most gorgeous sound bath led by Shireen using a combination of chimes, Tibetan and cyrstal singing bowls, gong and voice. Winter is a time to go deep within, to connect to our inner being and befriend the darkness within and around us.
