Ayurvedic Prenatal Massage (Home Visit)

Service Description

Receive a nourishing Ayurvedic massage in the comfort of your own home. Lots of warm oil and wonderful rhythmic strokes to soothe your body and mind and to enable deeper connection to yourself and your unborn baby/babies! After the massage, while you rest, I will serve you an Ayurvedic tea and snack and then you can return to rest for as long as you like. I offer this option for home treatment if you are in your third trimester. Please note: the massage will be performed on the floor on a comfortable surface (like a futon mat or spare mattress) of your choice. You provide your own towels (3), blanket, cushions (2) and an old sheet to cover your mattress/mat. I will bring oil and tea and snack :)
