Mother Blessing Ceremony

Service Description

This ceremony has been adapted from the more traditional blessingway, a Navajo ritual created to spiritually support and empower the new mother for her journey of birthing and motherhood. It is a wonderful way to gather your circle of women to hold you as you prepare to cross the birth portal and to move into your next chapter of your life as a woman.  Each ceremony is bespoke and may include: ~ sharing circle of blessings, ~ sacred singing, ~ tarot/oracle cards, ~ foot/hand massage, ~ belly painting, ~ making a necklace or bracelet for the mother-to-be to wear during labour, ~ releasing fears ritual, ~ joining ceremony (tying of coloured string around wrists), ~ meal train for postpartum, ~ baby’s blessing ritual. Please note that the price includes a 15 min zoom call before your ceremony to discuss the details of your ceremony, all the preparation and me liaising with your circle of women, once you have provided me with a contact list, so you can just relax and look forward to your special day! There is an extra fee to cover travel costs for any journey that is over 10 miles round trip from my home in Bristol. ___ To book me in, please pay the non refundable deposit of £45. The remaining £180 is then paid by 48 h before the ceremony. Should you need to reschedule your deposit is moved to the new date minus a 10% admin fee.
