This beautiful yoga approach is made of feminine and nourishing movement practices, breathing, sound, meditation and relaxation that honour and celebrate the beauty and biomechanics of the female body and her needs. Each session is specifically tailored to YOUR mind-body needs, whatever life cycle you are in. This gentle and empowering therapeutic yoga can support you: ~ to promote healthy menstruation; ~ to relieve PMS, (pre)menstrual pain and other menstrual difficulties; ~ if you are experiencing fertility issues; ~ for pre-conception care; ~ during pregnancy and birth; ~ for postnatal recovery; ~ after miscarriage; ~ during your perimenopausal and menopausal years. No prior experience of yoga or meditation is needed and a comprehensive health questionnaire will be sent to you before your first session, so that I am aware of you overall health before we begin our journey together. If you are considering booking more than one session please get in touch - there's option to buy a block of 3 sessions for £155 or 6 sessions for £289. Full fee is paid in advance at booking and you have 2 months (for 3 session) and 3 months (for 6 sessions) to use up all the sessions. A non-downloadable recording of the session will be emailed you afterwards and you will have access to it for 1-6 months depending on how many sessions you choose. You can add a therapeutic abdominal massage at a special price of £52 (this price applies only for massages received at The Family Practice, Bristol, BS7 8NL)
